Small easy to use translations are interesting and could attract some traffic. But I do think that you need to structure the information better. It feels a bit scattered and not accessible. I would lose one of the Google search boxes, one is enough. I would color code the pages and have that repeated on the index/home page and possibly use more graphics to illustrate the catergories. If you can present the information in a clearer and more digestible manner then you could have a real winner. I’ve had a look around the site and I have to say that I like the idea.
