Recently, I was in Osaka, Japan visiting a friend. Unfortunately he had to work at the time I arrived and so he made arrangements with his parents to let me in to his apartment. While waiting, I was quite bored and so I turned on the TV. It was the middle of the day and so nothing interesting was on. However, I came across a Japanese children’s program and I have to tell you that it totally blew my mind!
Now I’ve never done drugs, but I have to say that what I saw is what I imagine a bad acid trip to be like. Its tough to describe but I basically saw a group of 5 kids wearing spandex costumes that were attached to each other by a large blanket. They did all these weird dances and sang even weirder songs. Now my basic Japanese is enough to get by in regular conversation, but I could not understand what these kids were singing about, making things extremely confusing. Anyway, although I couldnt get what was going on, I was entertained. I probably stared at the tv for 20 minutes in a daze just trying to put two and two together… I’d love to post that video on my site but unfortunately I could not find it.
I did however, find this video! Its from China and while it’s pretty easy to understand with the subtitles it still is kind of freaky… I love how one of the sister’s pure evil and perhaps she is related to John Chow who proclaims himself to be the root of all evil. What do you think, John? Are these girls related to you?

That’s one of those really annoying songs you just can’t get out of your head! Ha ha ha ha! She is evil!
