If you’ve visited my site before you may have noticed that a number of changes have been made to it, seemingly made overnight! Well guess what folks? It was overnight! Yes, while I was in my jammy’s, sleeping in my warm, soft, comfortable, bed, my Net Buddy 4 Life, aka, Nick, aka, Spud was working his net magic and making michaelmckinlay.com a super site! What did he do? Well here’s a list and Im sorry if I’ve forgotten something:
airbrushed my face to the mountain scene(located at the top of my homepage)
added mybloglog (on the left hand column, if you scroll down you’ll see recent visitors to my site)
added icons to the bottom each post, making it easier for readers to subscribe to my site
added an rss feed and technorati icon in the right column
Anywho, as you can see Nick, I mean Spud has done a lot, for which I am extremely grateful. In fact if it wasnt for Spud, I mean Nick, there’d be no michaelmckinlay.com Anyway this poem is for and I call it..
By the way Nick, I mean Spud coined the term “Net Buddy 4 Life” by ripping off the Will Smith movie “Bad Boys” I think Will Smith said at one point in the film to Martin Lawrence “We live together, we ride together… Bad Boys for Life” Well Spud, I mean Nick and I have this internet relationship where we “surf together, and crash together, Net Buddys 4 Life” I live in Canada, and Spud, I mean Nick, lives in Japan. We’ve met each other in person a few times but we’ve really gotten to know each other better over the net, mainly thanks to Skype… Anyway here goes the poem!

I dont have a beard

My name is Michael McKinlay and I live in Calgary, Alberta Canada. Although I was born here, I have lived in a few other places in Western Canada such as, Saskatoon, Regina, Medicine Hat, and Edmonton. I also spent time in Hong Kong and Japan. [
