If you were on the receiving end of bad customer service, you'll never shop there again. If it's average or better, you probably will. One thing so common in Japan is electronic stores are filled with pretty young girls who know absolutely nothing about what they are selling, so you have to wait ages for them to find the one ugly bloke in the back of the store who can answer your questions.
