Mr. Nick Ramsay… I cherish you

October 23rd, 2007 by Mike

Ladies and Gentlemen, Mr. Nick Ramsay!

I believe that every once in a while you have to take a step back and be thankful for the things that you have. For example, I have many blessings in my life and it’s so easy to take them for granted. I live in a nice country, have a good job, have a nice family, health, and great friends. So today, I would like to talk about one of these things in particular, yes people you guessed it… my net buddy 4 life, Mr. Nick Ramsay.

Nick is a great guy and he has helped me so much with my two websites: MichaelMcKinlay.com and OmoshiroiEigo.com I don’t know very much about creating and maintaining websites, but Nick sure does! Why, without his help in setting up these pages, they simply would not exist. But you know there is more than that to this story… Not only does Nick supply logistical support, but emotional as well. He is always encouraging me to keep writing posts and I know that he will continue to be there for me in the future when MichaelMcKinlay.com and OmoshiroiEigo.com need makeovers. Last week he put an rss feeder on my front page and updated my wordpress without me even asking him to.

Nick and I also have a tonne of fun on the internet together. Nick lives in Japan and I live in Canada but that doesn’t stop us from doing things together. For example, we’ve had some crazy adventures in Second Life and heck we even starred in a blockbuster movie together called Unnecessary Force. Oh golly gee, we even took an internet vacation in Hawaii together! That sure was a lot of fun!

Anyway Nick and I have had a lot of crazy times together and this is due in no small part to Nick and his willingness to be my net buddy 4 life! Mr. Nick Ramsay, I cherish you!

Aww, thanks Mike! I cherish you, too!

P.S. Don’t fall in love me okay! I’m not that way inclined! :-)

Mike, what you wrote in this blog post is probably the nicest thing anyone has ever blogged about me before. Thanks so much, man. If you still used Second Life, I’d show you how much I appreciate it! ;)
