The Hives playing “Walk Idiot Walk” on Letterman
December 9th, 2007 by Mike
I haven’t posted a video from YouTube(other than my homemade ones) for quite some time but I saw this video and knew it to be worthy! It’s of The Hives who are a rock band from Sweden. I haven’t heard much from them recently and the video below is from a couple of years ago when they played the David Letterman show.
I’ve heard some of The Hives music before and while I’m not a big fan of their other songs, Hate to Say I Told You So and Walk Idiot Walk are brilliant. If they played Calgary I would definitely go. Now, you may say, “But Mike, if you don’t like most of their other music, why would you spend money to hear only 2 songs that you like?” To which I would reply, “Because The Hives are a lot of fun to watch! Check out this video!”

I loved the video Mike. I have heard of them but that is the first time that
I have seen them. Wow the drummer’s set is so simple and inspires me somewhat!!
I may have to check tham and just love the “Rolling Stones” influence that
I see in them!!
Nice call that one son!!!
Keith
Yeah, I’d love to see them live! They are so animated and the singer is so much fun to watch! Plus the song rocks!
