Random Photos from Fremont Street in Vegas - Part Deux!

January 31st, 2008 by Mike

The Peppermill Restaurant

This photo was taken at The Peppermill Restaurant which is located right on the Strip, very close to the Circus Circus hotel. The prices were pretty reasonable and the portions of food are huge, as if you couldn’t tell by the gigantic onion rings! There was lots of neon inside and the waiters and waitresses wore Hawaiian shirts. In a way it was kind of cheezy but at least it wasn’t boring!

Below are a couple of photos from the Strip. I think this building is a high end fashion shopping mall. I didn’t go in but it was interesting to look at. The tv screens weren’t as big as the Fremont Viva Vision, but they were still pretty big.

Fashion Mall

Here’s a closer look at mall’s huge TVs.

This is a just random picture of me standing in front of some uh.. uh… Heads. Kind of reminds me of the MGM Grand hotel, but it’s not.

Lion's Heads

Here’s a couple shots of the world famous Ceasar’s Hotel.

Here’s a pic of the Flamingo Hotel. As you can see Toni Braxton is headlining there, and I’d love to see her in person!

Flamingo

The Bellagio hotel is definitely one of Vegas’s fanciest hotels. Every evening they feature a number of water shows. The size of it is incredible and stay tuned as I will be posting a video of the show soon.

Finally here is a picture of a motorcycle in motion in the ball of death. It’s tough to see through the cage but if you look closely you’ll see a blur. That’s some guy riding his motorcycle in there.

Yup, those hotels are pretty amazing. Love hotels in their own right are pretty cool and I think that when I head to Japan I will have to do an expose on them!

Great pictures. Will look forward to the video of the water display. I’d like to go back and see everything again.

Yeah I’d definitely like to go back there too! It would be nice to spend 2-3 days there. Oh well at least I made the most of the time that I had there!
