A few years ago my parents bought a small place down in Arizona. The idea being that it would be a nice little vacation home for them to go down to during the long, cold Canadian winters. Actually there are a lot of people who do this, known as Snowbirds.
Anyway while most Snowbirds are retired, my parents are not. This kind of makes it difficult to make full use of their little home away from home and so they’ve decided to put it up for sale. It sounds like they’ve already found someone who wants to buy it so if you have any interest let me know!
It’s a small place but when nearly every day is a nice day, it’s not like you want to be inside anyway!
