Maid Cafes in Japan - Part 2

Recently I wrote about Maid Cafes in Japan and I’ve discovered that I have a few pictures that weren’t shown! So in honor of these recently recovered treasures and due to the awesome popularity of the original post(It’s currently ranking as one of my all time most popular posts after only a couple of weeks), I’ve decided to add a second part.
I’ve never really been interested in manga - (Japanese comic books) but since they had plenty of them I decided to take a closer look! Mmmm… now I know why I never read manga… it sucks!

This is the bell that you use to call your Maid over when you need service. Every table in the place has one of these. The bad part is that when you ring it, all of the servers(maids) come running out from the back because it’s impossible to tell which table is in need of service, on account of all of the bells sounding exactly the same.

One more thing you can do at the Maido Kisa is leave your maid a personal message in her “diary.” This “diary” may contain short stories or pictures that your maid has created, and many customers or “masters” also leave messages in it for their maids. The maids will usually reply to the messages left in the book for their “masters” to read when they return. I left a message asking my maid to come to Canada with me but she declined. Oh how will I ever survive without my maid?

I’d love to see a closeup of that diary to see what you really wrote.
You’ll just have to the Maid Cafe in Osaka and find Chika’s diary!
Sounds really crazy and i suppose we will have to go sometime Mike!!
It was crazy, and we should definitely do it. It’s kind of weird but such an interesting experience.
