A couple of days ago I was at the Olympic Oval here in Calgary watching one of my friends compete in a speed skating competition. My friend’s name is Yuuta Wakabayashi and as you may have guessed he’s a speed skater from Japan.
I tried taking some photos of Yuuta during his races but none of them turned out that well. The guy is just too fast! Well that, and the lighting wasn’t very good. Thankfully, I had another buddy there who just happened to have a super fancy Canon Digital SLR camera. He was able to take some better shots and with a little help from PaintShop Pro he was also able to brighten them up. Take a look and I’m sure you will agree that he achieved some sexy results.

Yuuta may be from Japan, but he’s coming soon quickly to a 1st Place Podium near you!

I like speed skating, but I have to admit that I enjoy a good spill that takes out 3 or 4 skaters on the turn.
Haha, then I think short track speed skating would be more your sport! Or perhaps roller derby!
Well I must say Yuuta appears very strong and nicely built! You don’t see many Japanese with such muscular legs. I hope he does well in B.C. and can continue speed skating and maybe someday be in the Olympics!!! But he would have to skate for Canada and not Japan.
There are many pretty Japanese sportswomen. The best must be Miwa Asao, the volleyball player
